How we work with you: We have worked with enough couples to know that planning a wedding in today’s world can be a little bit overwhelming. As visual artists, we guide you through the process in a fun, organized and approachable way so that you can relax and trust that we’ve got you covered. After all, you just want your wedding to be beautiful and original – a reflection of what your love means to each other. We are here to take it to the next level, with our design and industry skills. Here are the steps we'll walk you through to keep the process as fun and simple as can be:
Intro Consultation: After you contact us, we’ll set up a consultation at a time that’s convenient for you. Consultations can be done in person in Burlington or over the phone if you’re out of state. We’ll get to know one another, discuss your initial ideas and expectations, and determine what level of services you might be interested in. We’ll also talk about budgets and how to make sure you are getting what you need.
Book With Us: We’ll followup your intro consultation with a proposal outlining our suggestions for your day. If you decide to book with us, hooray! You have made the best choice. We will email you a contract catered to the level of services you’ve chosen to hire us for. Once we’ve received your signed online contract with a deposit, you are on our calendar.
Keep in Touch: After you've booked with us and before your spring check-in, feel free to keep in touch as you figure out more details of your wedding day. We also encourage you to use us as a resource as much as possible, helping to offer input or help where we can throughout the rest of the visual planning process. If you live locally or will be in the area, we'd love to have you stop by to visit our studio in person, and to meet face to face <3
Spring Check-In: During the spring, we will schedule a followup meeting over the phone or in person, to further suss out any remaining details regarding your floral designs and supporting elements such as vase choices, specific flower ingredients, ribbons, and candle options. We will then revise your flower order and your visual outline accordingly, until it is perfect for you. We aim to have all spring, summer and fall outlines for the current year completed before our busy season starts on May 1st. That way, each couple we serve during the wedding season can have our full attention the week of their event.
Logistical Check-In: 30 days before your wedding, we will have you submit final payment as well as a logistical questionnaire so that we’ll know the specifics of your day's timeline, locations, family members, and vendors. Based on this questionnaire we will create an informed schedule for our delivery, setup and cleanup plans. This is also the last opportunity for your flower order to be tweaked.
Wedding Day: On the day of your wedding, we’ll arrive to install flowers & décor in combination with your other vendors’ schedules. Because of all of the planning we’ve done together beforehand, our setup will be fun and relaxing. It will provide plenty of time for photography opportunities and for our staff to ensure that every petal is in its proper place for you and your guests to admire.
If you like what you’ve seen so far, we can’t wait to meet you! Because of our popularity, we are in high demand and our calendar fills quickly. We suggest you reach out to us at least six-to-nine months in advance.
